Privacy Notice

LetsInflu is operated by Spalax Co., Ltd. (Spalax). This notice explains how we handle basic Google sign-in information and LetsInflu account data, and separately how we handle email addresses submitted to the LetsInflu Waitlist. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@spalax.ai.

We use Google only for basic sign-in, requesting the openid, email, and profile permissions. These permissions allow us to receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture when Google provides it. We use this information to identify you and create or sign you in to your LetsInflu account.

This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, YouTube data, or Google Drive files. LetsInflu does not receive your Google password.

Google and Spalax are the only parties that hold account data for this sign-in arrangement. Spalax holds the information used for your LetsInflu account. Google handles its own account and sign-in information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Our deletion commitments apply to account data held by Spalax. Deleting your LetsInflu account does not delete your Google account or records independently maintained by Google.

We delete the LetsInflu account data we hold when you request deletion or after 365 consecutive days without logging in to or using LetsInflu. Send deletion requests to contact@spalax.ai. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account before deleting its data. You can also use this address to request access to or correction of your account information.

You can remove LetsInflu's access through your Google Account settings. Removing Google access and requesting deletion of your LetsInflu account are separate actions; contact us to request deletion of the account data we hold.

If you choose to join the LetsInflu Waitlist, we collect your email address and use it only to send LetsInflu product-launch notifications. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cloudflare hosts the public website, validates Waitlist submissions, and stores Waitlist data for Spalax. This is separate from the product-account arrangement described above.

We delete your Waitlist email at the earlier of 24 months after signup or 90 days after the final launch notification, or earlier after a verified request. The 365-day account-inactivity rule does not replace this Waitlist retention rule. Send Waitlist access, correction, or deletion requests to contact@spalax.ai.
