Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LetsInflu, operated by Spalax Co., Ltd. (Spalax). By using LetsInflu, you agree to these terms. If you use LetsInflu on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to contact@spalax.ai.

LetsInflu is a creator-intelligence product that turns a campaign brief into a structured workflow for creator search, review, and outreach. Access is subject to the functionality actually made available to you. Public descriptions, examples, and resources do not guarantee access to unreleased features or any particular campaign result. Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee an invitation or a release date.

Google sign-in is used only to authenticate you with basic identity permissions. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity you authorize through your LetsInflu account. Do not impersonate another person or access an account without permission. Contact us if you believe your LetsInflu account has been used without authorization.

Use LetsInflu lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property rights. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful outreach, or unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You permit Spalax to process it only as needed to provide the service you request. You remain responsible for reviewing information, evaluating creator fit, and deciding whether and how to conduct outreach. LetsInflu does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information or campaign outcomes.

Your use of Google is also governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. Spalax does not control Google's services. Basic Google sign-in does not authorize LetsInflu to read Gmail messages, YouTube data, or Google Drive files.

You may stop using LetsInflu at any time and request account deletion at contact@spalax.ai. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, unlawful activity, or a security risk.

Spalax deletes the account data it holds on your deletion request, subject to verifying the request, or after 365 consecutive days without logging in to or using LetsInflu. This does not delete your Google account or Google's independently held records. Waitlist email addresses follow the separate retention rules in our Privacy Notice.

The service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
