Checklist
Review creator fit and available evidence consistently before outreach.
Use this when
Use this after search produces candidates and before approving anyone for outreach.
You will leave with
You will leave with a recorded fit decision, visible evidence, unresolved questions, and a clear approve, hold, or stop outcome.
Reusable artifact / 07 checks
For every check, use exactly one state: CONFIRMED, UNCLEAR, or DOES NOT FIT. Record the visible evidence or unresolved question beside the state. Do not infer sensitive or demographic attributes from a creator’s appearance, name, or assumed identity.
| Check | Review question | State | Evidence or unresolved question |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brief alignment | Does the available evidence match the brief’s platform, language, market, creator-profile, and exclusion criteria? | ||
| Audience relevance | What visible content or audience context supports relevance to the intended audience, and what remains unknown? | ||
| Content relevance | Does the creator repeatedly cover a subject, format, or use case that can make the campaign context relevant? | ||
| Language and market context | Can the required language and market context be reviewed confidently, or is qualified review still needed? | ||
| Evidence quality | Are observations linked to visible sources, separated from interpretation, and sufficient for each material criterion? | ||
| Material risks | Does visible content conflict with an explicit campaign exclusion or create an unresolved issue that must be reviewed before contact? | ||
| Outreach readiness | Can the first message state a specific, truthful reason for contact and a clear intended ask without assuming interest or results? |
Fictional example
This example is not a real creator assessment, campaign result, endorsement, or performance prediction.

| Audience relevance | UNCLEAR | Comments discuss commuting routines, but the available example does not establish whether the intended audience is consistently present. |
| Content relevance | CONFIRMED | Reusable daily items and commute demonstrations appear repeatedly in the fictional content sample. |
| Language and market context | CONFIRMED | The fictional sample is in Spanish and contains visible Mexico-specific commute context. |
| Evidence quality | UNCLEAR | Relevant content is visible, but prior sponsored-content patterns have not yet been reviewed. |
| Material risks | CONFIRMED | No conflict with the fictional brief’s explicit exclusions appears in the reviewed sample. |
| Outreach readiness | UNCLEAR | A relevant reason for contact exists, but the unresolved audience and sponsored-content questions should be reviewed first. |
